Customer Services Ambassador (On-site) - Asset Services
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Greeting guests at the front desk with a friendly and pleasant demeanor.
- Providing customer service such as answering inquiry, making reservations on seats of restaurants, procurement of performance tickets, booking limousine and etc .
- Interacting with personnel from other sections within the building management team.
- Provide clerical support and performance other duties reasonable instructed by the supervisor.
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma holder in any disciplines, preferably in hotel or tourism management
- Minimum 1-2 years' relevant experience in customer service or property management
- Pleasant personality and good presentation, customer service oriented
- Good common sense and interpersonal skills
- Able to work under pressure and independently
- Fluency in spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Duty to work on shift may be required
