Customer Services Ambassador (On-site) - Asset Services

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

  • Greeting guests at the front desk with a friendly and pleasant demeanor.
  • Providing customer service such as answering inquiry, making reservations on seats of restaurants, procurement of performance tickets, booking limousine and etc .
  • Interacting with personnel from other sections within the building management team.
  • Provide clerical support and performance other duties reasonable instructed by the supervisor. 

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma holder in any disciplines, preferably in hotel or tourism management
  • Minimum 1-2 years' relevant experience in customer service or property management
  • Pleasant personality and good presentation, customer service oriented
  • Good common sense and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work under pressure and independently
  • Fluency in spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Duty to work on shift may be required
