Business Title: Valuation & Advisory Services Department

Reports To: Department Directors and Managers

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

You are required to perform daily work including, but not limited to:

  • Accurate typing of documents and duly completed
  • Ensure operations and documentary requirements are consistent with TOP system
  • Perform data entry on database application and spreadsheet efficiently and other ad hoc duties assigned by the supervisor
  • Assist in preparing valuation report

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • F.5 or above
  • 1 year relevant working experience
  • Good PC knowledge in MS Office
