Manager - Building Consultancy Services

We are seeking an experienced manager to join CBRE Building Consultancy Services.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide clients with quality project management and building surveying services. Projects include alteration and addition, maintenance, survey, fit-out, due diligence, etc over Hong Kong.

REQUIREMENTS

• MHKIS or equivalent;
• Minimum 2 years post qualification in Building Surveying or related disciplines for Manager; candidate with lesser experience will be considered as Assistant Manager;
• Proficiency in using computer skills, ACAD, MS Project and MS Office;
• Good Interpersonal and Communication Skills;
• Highly motivated and able to work independently and hardworking;
• Familiar with A&A submission;
• Able to prepare tender and contract documents; and
• Available in short notice preferred.
