Manager, Project Management
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Manager, who is looking to work as part of the Hong Kong team with the opportunity to contribute in a number of medium to large scales projects across the region.

The team has skillsets and experience from a wide range of disciplines including construction management; architecture / design; engineering; planning; quantity surveying; sustainability and risk management.
SUMMARY
The responsibilities of a Project Manager are:
- To assist the Director(s) to coordinate and manage the activity of Consultants, Contractors and Suppliers appointed for a variety of projects
- To play a strategic role in project planning, day to day project management of a portfolio of works
- To ensure the consistent implementation of project management procedures
- To review and report the progress of project implementations to key stakeholders
- To administer consultant and construction contracts
- To collect and review project metrics
- To drive operational and management excellence throughout the project cycle(s) such as management of project scope, costs, timeline, quality, resources, project team as well as contract administration.
- To contribute to the writing and development of CBRE proposals and submissions
REQUIREMENTS
For this role, you will ideally have over 5 years’ experience, primarily in medium to large scale projects, preferably worked on commercial fit-out projects, both in HK and internationally. Multiple sector experience also considered, retail, transport, hotel, hospitality etc.
- A degree in Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or other related field
- Holder of a Professional membership such as MRICS MHKIS MHKIE MCIOB MCIBSE or equivalent
- Minimum of five years’ experience in project management
- Demonstrated experience working independently and as part of a project team on medium to large scale projects
- Familiar with Project Management tools such as Microsoft Project and a generally high level of computer literacy
- Ability to work proactively and to coordinate multiple resources on multiple projects across a large geographical area
- Proven ability to develop effective working relationships and networks with a wide range of stakeholders and utilise judgment, tact and discretion in the resolution of complex and sensitive issues
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills including the ability to convey technical information effectively to all stakeholders
