Technician – Global Workplace Solutions

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on facilities assigned
• Oversee / Escort sub-contractors in assigned locations
• Act as primary responder to major system issues such as HVAC failure or electrical outage
• Assist for meeting rooms / conference room set up to suit different activities

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Certificate in facilities engineering with a minimum of 6 years’ experience or equivalent
• Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker (AO or above)
• High school diploma and technical school certificate in HVAC, electrical systems or machinery
• Initiative, hardworking and service-oriented
