Overview
Situated in the thriving financial core of Downtown Vancouver, CBRE Limited brought its unique and respected approach to commercial real estate brokerage services to the Vancouver marketplace in 1984. Over the past 28 years, the Vancouver office has excelled at providing the real estate community with expertise in office, industrial, retail, and investment sales and leasing, growing to approximately 65 real estate professionals and 105 full time staff.
At the very heart of CBRE's corporate culture is our belief in the importance of maintaining open sharing of information amongst our professionals. The constant and rapid exchange of market information between divisions benefits our clients by providing their properties and requirements with increased market coverage and exposure.
Our commitment to the sharing of information begins with the open plan of our Vancouver office. Highly successful sales and marketing organizations in many competitive industries configure their premises to encourage open sharing of information - CBRE is one of those companies. CBRE's Vancouver office policy requires all sales professionals to attend a general office information session and a divisional information session each week. These sessions facilitate the dissemination of information and underline the key role that open and effective communication plays in the CBRE corporate culture. The knowledge gained through a strong team approach is clearly the advantage of CBRE.

Argentina: What You Need to Know
Argentina comprises 23 provinces plus the Autonomous City of uenos Aires, the country's capital city. Argentina is the eighth-largest country in the world by territory, and the second-largest within Latin America, covering more than 3.8 million square kilometers. The country has an approximate population of 41 million, of which 13 million live in the Buenos Aires Province and in Capital Federal.
Argentina's location in Latin America gives the country an ample variety of land and culture. From its Antarctic regions in the south to the forested jungle regions in the north; from the ocean coastline on the Atlantic to the rugged mountain regions in the west; and bordering five other countries, Argentina positions itself as an important cultural and economic link in all South America.
Argentina borders Paraguay and Bolivia in the north, Brazil and Uruguay in the northeast and Chile in the south and west. Thanks to its extended length and elevations the country presents diverse climates throughout its territory.
The country benefits from rich natural resources (including land suitable for livestock and crops, fisheries, oil, natural gas, gold and silver among many other minerals), a highly literate population, an export-oriented agricultural sector and a diversified industrial base. Argentina is one of the world's major agricultural producers, ranking third worldwide in production of honey, soybeans and sunflower seeds. Soy and its byproducts are major export commodities the country counts with.
