This internal award is highly coveted and the result is a week-long adventure of fun with other ‘Circle of Excellence’ winners’ giving you the opportunity to travel and bond with other LUXSTATE employees. It is a popular recognition scheme amongst our team acknowledging those who work hard and deliver exceptional results for the year.

LUXSTATE is committed to fulfilling its role as a responsible corporate citizen by continuing to support and add value to the communities within which we work. LUXSTATE's corporate philanthropy efforts have always been driven by our dedicated professionals, who have enthusiastically moved our programs forward while widening and diversifying their scope.

Each year employees are entitled to volunteer days where they are encouraged to join other colleagues to contribute to a variety of charity programs that LUXSTATE sponsor. Over the past few years some of our sponsored events have included:

Habitat for Humanity:  LUXSTATE employees in Japan have continued to volunteer time and resources in the Tohoku earthquake recovery zone in support of the recovery effort.

Run for the Cure Foundation:  Continued support for the Foundation’s work with Japanese men and women for breast cancer awareness and detection.
 

Helping Hands:  An internal program which gives all staff the opportunity to take two days of paid leave to volunteer with a charity or non-profit organisation.
